Bealls outlet in Dunedin is great for bargains. The only problem I have run into is the number of panhandlers outside of the building! Last time I got into my car, locked my doors and was immediately approached by a woman begging for money and a ride to Betty Lane! NO WAY! Please do something about this situation! This woman had just come out of the Chinese restaurant with a to -go container full of food, bragging about the restaurant giving her free food! REALLY? NEXT TIME I CALL THE POLICE! That's not legal and it's not safe for shoppers!
