I wanna give a big shout out to Kevin, the store manager. My husband and I got stranded with a dead battery on the way to Honeymoon Island Beach, in swimsuits and everything. We stopped at this particular Advanced Auto to get the battery checked. Turned out it was the alternator, and we were able to work with a mechanic who came into advanced at the same time we did. Kevin hooked us up, and we were able to make it home. Thanks again to him and that mechanic for helping us out, God bless you both.

AZ was great today! Brett was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He swapped my dead battery in no time and was helpful in picking out a battery. I mentioned to him my AC seemed to be struggling and he checked my cabin filter, which was caked with debris. AC works great now! Autozone is now my go to!

Karyn is fantistic! She went beyond what I ecpected working on my car assembling the pieces I came for in the parking lot! This lady is super knowledgeable. Unless you are a guru mechanic she probably knows more than you. ;-)

My experience here was excellent. I was driving down the road noticing my AC wasn't cold, just cool enough not to be warm. I got a wild hair and thought, "I wonder if I can pick something up at Autozone to fix that...add some Freon or whatever." I looked up a video on YouTube and found what I should get and pulled up here. The older guy helped me out, suggesting an analog gauge over the more expensive digital one, and made sure I bought the correct coolant, and looked up my cabin air filter. More than that, he explained how to do all of it. His instructions made me more confident I could do it. But then a young guy came in and he had the young guy go out with me to the car to replace the air filter for me. Turned out not to need the new filter. Anyway, this is the kind of service and help you can expect here. For me it was above and beyond, and highly appreciated.

I want to specifically thank Karen at the Dunedin Florida store for helping me with my battery selection, and because I was disabled and other people in the store who came out to help her replace the battery in my van, which also controls the lift mechanism for my mobility scooter. You couldn’t ask for nicer people, or being more helpful. Again, thanks!?

Devin went above and beyond helping to install our battery for our car, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and overall had a friendly personable demeanor. We’ll come again for the experience he offered and provided us with! Someone get this man a raise and promotion! Good employees should be acknowledged and recognized and he was amazing to us! 10/10 to Devin!
