My very first time doing business with Amscot. It was simple, easy and Kristie was a delight. She explained the entire process to me, asking me if I had any questions at all. Emory was also there and he was an absolute gentleman. It's such a relief knowing now about Amscot and my new friends, Kristie and Emory.

I would like to take this opportunity to sing the praises of Amscot at 1250 Main Street in Dunedin. Everyone at this location is polite, courteous, professional, and accommodating. The individual who stands out amongst the rest is Ashley. Since doing business at this location, Ashley has stepped up to the plate time and time again. Always exceeding my expectations. Always kind, informative & helpful. She personifies professionalism. Her work ethic and dedication to serving Amscot and its customers is second to none. Corporate should take notice of this location and Ashley's contributions to their accomplishments.

They need to get Ashley out of there, she is so rude and unprofessional. She should not be working with the public. Everyone else is very pleasant to work with. I went in to get a cash advance and we got into a big loud argument (very unprofessional on her part) I walked out, went to the amscott on Highland and got my money. I will be in touch with corporate about her behavior.And actually I found out she was totally wrong about what she was saying, which I new as I was standing there with my receipt that she refused to even look at. I wish they would watch the video of her behavior. This Amscott is right by my house but I go to Highland now.

So Ashley. At this location accepted Money from me I accidentally said it was $200 but I gave her 400 and she wrung me up at 200 yes I made a mistake. But she counted it and never said it was 400 slide the 200 under the keyboard then I realized and said that is my other 200And never was going to tell me.Yes I made a verbal mistake. But she was gonna steal it....she knew I caught her and got a Negative attitude.I will be making a formal complaint also.Beware of her I feel bad for anyone who doesn't catch simple mistakes...

I couldn't decide on a 2 star or 3. The service is adequate. But my God !!! ease up on the dam air freshener!!! It's wayyy 2 strong! Gives me a headache when I have to come in.

Their air freshener is sooo incredibly strong! That it's disturbing! And I'm sure that it doesn't bother them because they work behind an enclosed glass room. I cannot imagine that none of their customers have not mentioned it. But, it's obvious they don't have a clue or even care. I'll be going to a different location from now on. Unfortunate because it's the closest. See ya!

If you want to age 20 years while your check is cashed go here. I went there this morning and it took forever for a check to be cashed! I had all the required documents but still it took forever, they said 800$ check is a large amount LOL in what world that is a large check.
