I pulled in with 1/4 tank left in my car, the pump supposedly pumped 18 1/2 gallons of gas. the problem is my car only has an 18 gallon gas tank

The male cashiers behind the counter are unprofessional & unnecessarily rude. It's as if they think it's somehow ok being disrespectful and aloof, which gives you an idea of their maturity level. They curse to each other in front of customers and have no basic manners. It is the most unwelcoming 7-Eleven I've ever encountered in the state. Others I know in the area said they have had the same negative experience. In addition, if you pump gas, you will have to go into the store and often wait in a slow moving line just to get a printed receipt. Apparently, all the printing machines have been broken for years, making it inconvenient for those having to get to work. Avoid this 7-Eleven, it's absolutely a joke.

The cashier here is awesome! Very nice! But why advertise special prices on cigarettes when it more than others regular prices????

Sucks. The girl working ignores customers in line for her phone then when finally sees them rolls her eyes like they’re the problem.Neither vacuum machine working- first one air pump kicked on, wouldn’t let me select vac, then the second nothing worked. Took my $2 then my other $2. Would have been more fun to throw the quarters in a fountain.

I filled up at your gas station today. I paid with a discovery card. The amount was $28.80. I have a check. I received a Message from Discovery that I was charged $175 by your gas station. urgently return my money.

What happened to this store. Went in, so filthy. On a Tuesday late afternoon, overflowing garbage cans. Hot dogs cold or just not set up as usual. 2 people working but barely. Used to be one you could count on near us to be clean and ready for customers. Very dirty so don't want food from this location. Neg star if possible.

On yesterday evening, February 23, 2023 at about 8 pm, we had a very disturbing experience involving an encounter with another customer at your store in Dunedin. However, one of your employees (I believe Dustin) immediately noticed what was happening and was quick to offer assistance and help. He should be highly commended for being so attuned to what was happening and working to be so helpful. While the experience involving the other customer was very disturbing, Dustin's quick-thinking behavior very well may have prevented a dangerous and even more disturbing situation from occurring. Please commend him for his quick-thinking and attention to safety.
