“My iPad 8th gen quit charging. They spent 15 or so minutes cleaning and checking out the charging port. Said the port was bad and needed to be replaced:cost $139. BUT he told me I’d be far ahead to upgrade, even to just a 9th gen, which I could buy on Amazon for $249. Said that way I’d have a new battery, etc. So that’s what I did. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostics or his time. I really appreciated that he didn’t just go ahead and replace port to make some money. If I ever have tech issues again I will definitely go back there.”

“My Husband and I been doing business with Keith and his company E Cell City for over 5 years now, he is honest and has reliable phones in good to excellent condition, he has affordable 3rd party financing online and instore, and reasonable prices. He carries iPhone and Samsung, accessories, and even purchase tablet that had Wi-Fi sim card compatible! I've even seen him repairing Nintendo Switch for a customer, this man knows his stuff!
Over the 5 years period we've purchased 5 devices, and had one repaired. We've even brought customers to him as well that wasn't disappointed.

“What a great place environment. Every time I walk into the store it doesn’t matter what time it is Alex is always there to help me. No matter how difficult my issues may be in regards to my cell phone, he takes care of them in a seem-less fashion. Not only that, but he also explains to me step by step. So should such occurrences happen again I’d know how to take care of them myself. I for one am glad cricket has someone like him on their team.”
