DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. Took 5 months to so call fix my truck had to ask him about every other week if there was any word on it and he tells me no. Finally got the truck back to find out all my stuff was stolen off my truck light bar, spotlight, antenna, and tool box ransacked chainsaw stolen and so much more confronted owner he didn’t care nor did he try to find anything out about what I was telling him talked to the lady at the front desk told her about what was going on then she proceeded to say (oh maybe it was the tow truck driver who took your stuff) so I tell her you guys towed it here. This place is a joke he then tells me I owe him 1250$ drove the truck a few days and it wasn’t fixed! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

Unfortunately, Kitto put us in a position where we almost lost our startup company. We are a new transportation company that hired Kitto to repair our first commercial trailer. For 2 months, the owner Alan, claimed that he was waiting on parts for our trailer. For the next 2 months Alan decided to just blatantly ignore our call. Kitto put us at risk of losing our trailer which was sitting in an auction yard awaiting repair. I am a disabled and retired war veteran. My business partner is also a veteran and current law enforcement officer. There is no honor in the way Kitto conducted business with us. This is not the way to do business with those that have put their lives on the line for our great country. I couldn't be more disgusted by the lack of honor and integrity showed by Kitto. If you value you business or care to do business with someone, I highly recommend you steer clear of this company. Worst experience with a company ever. They wouldn't even attempt to complete the job or rectify the situation. We will also be be filing a complaint against them with the better business bureau and anyone else that will hear it. Kitto should be ashamed of the way they conducted themselves. It will not be forgotten.

Kitto Sheds are very professional, polite, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Alexis helped us design our structure and she is knowledgeable and personable. I had a problem with my building about a year after it was constructed and even though I did not have it insured and it was out of warranty they came through for me and fixed the problem. Lesson learned on my part to insure it and they helped me out of their pocket for something that was not their fault because they are good hearted people. It is hard to find that in a company these days and I really appreciate it.

I must honestly say that this company met my expectations, they were very competent. We got good service from start to finish. I would choose you again if at any time I needed any of the work that you do. I recommend you 100% you provide excellent customer service. There are many companies that after they have the money do things like get out of the client and take other new clients for more money and they forget to give the client A quality service In the end. I congratulate this company because they make the difference among so many companies, they make the client feel confident, providing excellent service from start to finish. May God be the center of your business and may it be great in blessings. I'll be back soon for a suggestion for a metal roof.I have to honestly say that this company met my expectations, they were very competent. We received good service from start to finish. Thanks you Alexis at Kitto sheds ! Super happy with our new Shop for our Business. From design to the building finished everything went smooth, Alexis was clear on every detail we knew exactly what we were ordering and buying, everything from concrete slab, permit details and updates on how the process was going until build date, came on site to make sure we were happy. I recommend anyone who needs a shop to give Kitto a chance. Thank you guys !

Multiple mathematical errors on our documents. Don't question them on anything, they turn childish and will call you names or worse. Putting this company on the do not recommend list...Uodate: Carport was built on 5/5/2021. Still waiting on the refund of an overpayment due to the shed invoice not being updated. Have sent emails and letters documenting everything and get no response and no check. Very shady operation.
