Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I went into the Dundee office and dropped my forms off, 5 days went by and I hadn't heard anything. I went to the office and it had a sign saying it was now closed. We'll luck would have it someone heard me trying to open the door and this very nice woman came and opened the door and I explained about dropping my paperwork off and never heard anything. She let me in and she tried to find an envelope with my info. She could not and I told her the man who was here that day did scan them. A nice man named Douglas King found my information on the computer and then he offered to do my taxes right then if I had the time. I was really impressed by all the help I received and I am grateful for all the help. Thank you

you couldve consulted me on how i was going to pay my fee for your service because i wouldve told you to take it out tax returns but instead i was kinda forced to pay out of my pocket immediately

We had three people look at our tax/income records and the total they came up with was over $30,000.00 more than it should have been. They either entered the wrong information into the computer system or entered it on the wrong line or something. When all the total GROSS, not net, is added it comes to $30,708.00 less than what the H&R Block system says. The tax prep workers refused to do the addition.
