“I'd say shop around some things are a good deal. I bought a package unit air conditioner for less than half what I would have paid elsewhere. I needed a few pieces to connect the ducts and they were significantly less from another vendor. Enough to make it worth the extra travel and time. If your the type that wants to ask questions, I've never felt the staff has the knowledge to help with technical advice. if you're a handyman pro-sumer type their 4.5 stars if you are a home DIYer their 3 stars.”

“I went to Max's Ace Hardware because an Auto Parts store told my daughter that they have a big selection of screws and bolts. She went and got the hard to find bolt she needed and was satisfied. So I went myself there to see if there was a slim chance they had a bitty tiny screw that goes in an LED Headlight set I have and not able to use it . The manufacturer or LED distributor never responded to email. I meet Chuck a very nice Gentleman and He said he would give it a shot and after 5mins He tried one and it fit like a glove. We both were happy to get it. On my way to the register I found two good coffee mugs and then headed home and put on my LEDs back on my Jeep. Very welcoming staff over there.”

I appreciated this. The personal "touch" . Old fashion Concept but still very much appreciated by an older person.”

The Haines city Harbor freight staff are very helpful. I’ve shopped here on numerous occasions and am always pleased with the great deals they have.I received my free bucket this weekend with my purchase of $25 and over.I love the ramps I purchased for my vehicle. While I am no professional mechanic, these ramps were exactly what I was looking for. They are very light weight, easy to store, and seem very durable. (I’ll keep you all posted on their durability)I tried them out on both cement and dirt and they stayed in place.(Please don’t mind my dirty car lol)I especially love how organized and well stocked they keep their items. “I purchase pallets of feed from here twice a month. They usually have what I need, all the time. Maybe a day or two wait for their feed truck but with the volume I use, that’s totally understandable
My last run I got a flat tire on my trailer after loading 2 pallets and Esteban went above and beyond to help me change it out.

“I have to say that the staff at this location is always a pleasure to deal with! I almost always have interaction, via telephone or in-store, with Jason, who seems genuinely happy to help.
This particular evening, I arrived to pick up my curbside order and was serviced immediately. It was actually the very end of the night and the store was, literally, a minute or so away from locking the doors, yet, everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant!
In addition, it just happened to be the night of the Staff's Christmas Party, so they had to finish their closing duties and change clothes or freshen up, before heading to the party. That's when I got an impressive glimpse of the teamwork in place, as everyone pitched in, rotating positions to relieve each other and complete all closing duties, while allowing others to get ready for the party! The Manager, herself, even INSISTED on loading multiple 40-pound bags of pelletized horse bedding into my trunk, even though she was already dressed to attend the party! Thank you to Cori, Bri, and Megan who, pleasantly, assisted me that night!”
