I went into the Dundee cricket wireless store today October 1st I was looking to change my phone plan to a $55 phone plan the person that I talked to told me that that was not high-speed data I needed to go to the $60 plan then after reviewing the plan that I was on told me that I would have to pay $20 + $3 for the time remaining which I had already paid for this month and then I would have to pay $60 in 3 days with my plan come to a renewal for the $60 plan in total they want to be to pay $20 today plus $3 that I've already paid then wanted me to pay 60 more dollars for the time on my phone I told them no I would not pay that they looked at me and told me that it was what the system was saying I went out got into my truck call cricket wireless customer care after a little over a 15-minute wait to talk to a representative I was able to change the plan with no extra money or anything else just a plain $55 plan with high-speed data unlimited the person trying to sell me the plan inside of the store was trying to rip me off and I seen it in their eyes for what reason I have no ideaI will not go back into the Dundee location and spend any money pay for anything and I encourage anyone else that is in the area of Dundee to switch phone stores there is another cricket wireless in lake Wales please go to the lake Wales location the Dundee location is out to take your money not to do a good business with you

What a great place environment. Every time I walk into the store it doesn’t matter what time it is Alex is always there to help me. No matter how difficult my issues may be in regards to my cell phone, he takes care of them in a seem-less fashion. Not only that, but he also explains to me step by step. So should such occurrences happen again I’d know how to take care of them myself. I for one am glad cricket has someone like him on their team.
