This was our first time dropping off our brand new puppy for some well needed grooming and all of us had an amazing experience. I was sad to leave my dog however upon my return he was not ready to go as he had so much fun and learned something new. Every time we brush his hair at home he sits down and gives us his paw. So crazy that he remembered what he needed to do. Again amazing customer service and experience for us all.

Just took my two shih-tzus to get groomed here for the first time and I love how they both came out!! They look so cute I can't get over it - I wanted a short cut since they both have skin issues I need to keep an eye on and the groomer did such an awesome job!! My dogs normally aren't fans of getting groomed and usually they're super stressed out when I pick them up but they were just excited and happy when I came to get them from Puppycutz and calmed down so quickly after their initial burst of energy over seeing me. Definitely plan on taking them back!

My Sebastian is a Cocker Spaniel that loves to hunt and gets his hair a mess constantly. The groomers at PuppyCutz are amazing. They have made him look like a brand new dog. He seems to like them a lot too and that is extremely important. Thanks PuppyCutz from the Coppersmiths and Sebastian ?. I highly recommend this group, you will not be disappointed.

They are so nice and you can tell that they care about every pet that comes into their business. My standard poodle pup, Zoe was growing out of her first puppy cut and looked like a black dust mop. The transformation was incredible. I hardly even recognized my own dog. Beautiful cut, but I wanted her tail shaved a little bit more near the base and they were happy to oblige. I know she was handled with care. Zoe will now be having a long-standing relationship with her new groomers. I highly recommend.
