They lost my box!!!! It literally took them 4 months to respond that they were sorry but that the box had been lost in Venezuela. It is the first and last time I use this company for something, I do not recommend it, do not use it, 250 dollars lost between merchandise and shipping. Don't waste your time, your money and your things with this company.

Being an "Out Of Towner", and not knowing who to use as a mover of my "very heavy bedroom suite" I gave YEO CARGO LLC a chance and I am so THANKFUL I DID! They kept in communication by text, on time, moved my furniture mannerly, professionally, attention to detail and the careful handling it needed, placed it orderly, wrapped, and securely in the truck for its long distance travel home!" When the room was empty, it was spotless. JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT AND EXPECTED! They are worth it and a tip! Highly recommend YEO CARGO LLC for your moving needs! Karla Pagans

Let's say I have had a bad experience with YEO CARGO LLC, and as much as I would like to provide a very detailed account of my experience (since this review would be too long), I am going to limit myself to say that it was an unexpected DISAPPOINTMENT based on the initial interaction with the company (which was positive). Their website is definitively not user friendly and the person who initially assisted me, was patient, courteous and useful and sent me several videos on how to navigate it and how to place the order since it Is truIy very hard to understand what steps to follow. To the point in question, and in a nutshell, they lost part of my order and refused to make themselves accountable for it, and ended up reimbursing only the amount of money I paid for the lost items, and that did not include the taxes and at least part of the money paid for the delivery to its destination. Not even an apology or trying to make things right by me, nope; I became a nuisance to them, to the point of asking me to \\\"modulate my tone, because they were not incompetent\\\", i truly disagree. This person refused to identified themselves and ask me to call if I wanted to complain, very convenient since all the conversations up to that point were via what’s app messaging, I guess they didn't want me to cut and paste their reply here. In order to highlight the importance of customer service, I have to say that solely and merely addressing inquires and resolving issues, those working towards customer service excellency significantly impact the financial success and potential to increase in sales revenue and levels of profitability. Based on employee behavior, service efficiency and adherence to the company standards of practice, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YEO CARGO services to anyone. Needless to say that I have spread the word about this fiasco within the large latin community in my area and the level of support and understanding is overwhelming. I think there are areas of improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain consistent service quality but for that to happen the owner of the company should be aware of the behavior of their employees and fire this unidentified person in the Miami office for sake of his efforts to build up his company.

The guys did a great job! They were on time and even found a way to stay a little longer to finish up. We arrived and unloaded the truck with nothing shifting or damaged!!! I would certainly recommend them ti anyone.

Hands down the easiest move me or my two daughters have ever had. The care and caution taken to ensure there was no damage or even scratches on the furniture was outstanding. Don't second guess it...use YEO. No this is not a paid advertisement.

The guys kept me updated on their arrival once they got there started loading everything right away taking care of the way everything was loaded to avoid damages. If I ever need assistance with moving again they are my first call.
