Came in on Thursday to pick up food and treats for my boxer. Place was disorganized. Bugs in the pink buckets and in the floors of the store. Friendly and respectful staff. Dirty place. Do not buy raw products from here.

I can’t express the level of disappointment from todays cut on my Schnauzer. If you have a schnauzer don’t come here. Unfortunately the groomer has absolutely no idea how to cut a schnauzer and more over didn’t follow any of my instructions for the shout or body. She completely messed up his face which is the most important part of the dog. He looks like a Yorky. It appears she has no experience at all. Also, his body length is inconsistent. If you don’t have time to do the job right, don’t do it. If you don’t know how to cut a particular breed don’t accept it. I shared my disappointment with the store person and was not even offered a concession but to fix his face which is impossible at this point as the part that should be longer is shorter and round, fit for a different breed. $85 in the trash. So disappointed. Woof Gang after being a loyal customer for years you have completely failed me across the board, service delivery and customer attention.
