Sadly, the young lady present at the pharmacy on 3-12-24, before midnight, just had no interest in helping a customer. I pulled up and asked for help, explaining that I had an early flight in the morning, was not able to get to the Walgreens pharmacy closest to me house before they closed, and needed my prescription refilled. At first she said that she could only take the order for pick up the next day. When I said I had to be at the airport at 6, she began looking for every excuse to not provide the service-1. Said I didn't have a valid prescription. When I showed the email saying the prescription was ready for pick up, she looked for another excuse2. Said insurance wouldn't pay. When I said fine, I'll take the others, she made a point to say that i could get them filled on my trip.3. Said the best she could do was for me to come back after 2a.m. I explained that I needed to try and get some sleep, could she please help since it was only 2 prescriptions, she replied that there were too many prescriptions to be filled, over 100, and I world have to wait.It was almost midnight, there was no one waiting, and I doubt over 100 customers were going to pick up their medications at that time. She simply had no interest in doing her work. She even said she would be going home soon, and couldn't help get it done.What's worse is when I asked if there was another 24 hour Walgreens, she flat out said no.SHAMEFUL customer service.The good news- looked online for another store and went to the bird road and 137 location. Excellent, friendly customer service, even thought this young lady was there alone, I was able to get my prescriptions in about 10 minutes.DO NOT GO TO THE DORAL PHARMACY! Worth the drive to go somewhere else.

Too Slow the service …Too long the waiting ….. I get anxious everytime I have to pick up a medication , it’s so stressful that sometime I give up getting my medication ..My insurance covers only Wallgreens and this location is the closest … changing insurance next year !

Worse pharmacy in the world. Always have to wait 2 days for medicine When finally you got it it is too late Somebody told me my medicine will be ready in 2 days after 2 days in the morning they said in the afternoon then they said after 6:00. It is 9:30 pm and finally got it…. But it is too late

The pharmacy drive thru is the most unorganized ever , spent over 45 min in the line to drop off a prescription , by the time I actually made it to the work doe , it took another 15 min for someone to realize I was there !

Too bad there’s no ZERO STAR rating. This has become the pharmacy from hell as of a couple years ago. Will neglect to register or refill prescriptions, blaming “insurance” or “your doctor” for their own, pretty much systematic failures.They often seem to ignore, misplace or lose orders for medication. Staffers can be nice and embarrassed or defensive and rude, either way you almost never will get the medicine you need. stay away from this pharmacy at all costs, it will make you sick.

The worst service. They process medical prescriptions very slowly, something as important as an antibiotic is almost impossible to have on the same day, you have to wait up to two days. For me the worst pharmacy.

Too bad there’s no ZERO STAR rating. This has become the pharmacy from hell as of a couple years ago. Will neglect to register or refill prescriptions, blaming “insurance” or “your doctor” for their own, pretty much systematic failures. Their automatic (recording based) service is a in perpetual malfunction and 90% of the time you will have no access to a live person on the phone, the tape will say they’re busy with other customers. They lie a lot, practically about everything you ask about, and they often seem to ignore, misplace or lose orders for medication. Staffers can be nice and embarrassed or defensive and rude, either way you almost never will get the medicine you need. I’ve counted as much as ten cars in the drive thru, which is a cruel joke. In short: stay away from this pharmacy at all costs, it will make you sick.

This pharmacy is joke! Medication was supposed to be ready since 8. I got here at 9:30 and they didn’t have it. Playing with people’s time.

Understaff and everything takes 10 times longer then it should. Staff seems to hate working here and when asking a questions, it seems like their doing you a huge favor!!
