As a telecommunications system, Verizon arguably has one of the most robust networks in North America. But when it comes to sales, customer service, and internal processes, they are a major disaster, this is because the established processes are very complicated, and are full of potholes that create bureaucracy and inefficiency. All of this causes customers to become frustrated and often leave with another operator.Today I left one of their stores quite frustrated because of something they had stuck between them and that they could never resolve.

The Worker named Dayana from this Verizon did not want to help when I placed an order and appointed a person within my account to pick up the equipment at the store and she did not help at all, only with negative responses, when I tried all the points organized so that this type of inconvenience does not happen, I really don't know why they put these types of unprofessional people, I leave it to the Manager.

I am having issues with my new phone for two weeks and instead they have some consideration to fix my problem. The solution that they found was erase all my data, because according to them my information was set in the iCloud . Now I have a bigger issue that went I went there. Not key sheen of password, I lost my account. The one I recuperated I waste hours in it. I paid for that services. They told me it only apply once. It is not my fault that the phone that I bought in that store it does not work. Then , I have to pay again for thing goes beyond my control. They only ask for money, but they do not fix the issue.Becareful, they pretend to look friendly talking to you about personal things, but they do not solve the problem. They pretend to help you only in the easy and convenient way for them, without worry about the consequence you need to face after because of their management with you phone.The worse team. I was attended for two representative and the management as well. I am facing now the lost of a lot of data for something it was not my fault at all.

I don't know why there is clients and/or potential new customers being placed on a waiting list if the staff is not going to maintain or pay attention to the waiting list of people. I just had someone walk in and get assistance without being placed on a waiting list, after people and I have waited over 45 minutes. If you have a busy day and have stuff to do. Don't come here.
