Ordered online. Shipping says 10 business days. Tracking provided is fake. Called shipping companies involved and none of them have the package or any knowledge of the package being picked up. Vapor shark says they use a private company. Tracking from Sonic as provided In email is fake. Customer service claims that they sent out the package and won't refund until they get their package back. Shipping companies confirm Package was never sent so this is a scam. Can't get my money back and can't find the registered owner of this business. Vapor shark was sold in 2017, new owners remain anonymous.

I'd like to start by telling you that no one should buy anything from this location, I bought a device from them on the June 28. It was working perfectly fine until yesterday( July 22) it hasn't even been 30 days. The guy who sold me the device up sold me to a more expensive one than the one I initially went in to the store for. He explained that if I hold on to the packaging that any issues I have with it they would replace it within 30 days. I walked in to the store today with the intentions of buying more pods and more liquids, also expecting for them to replace the defective device. When I handed the device to same person that sold me the device he started acting as if he was trying to help me and was talking to me asking me questions about what type of charger I used to charge the device. I told him "regular USB ports, then I told him I think it's a regular 2.0 amp port, my computer's USB port" he responded "there it is you fried it!, sorry I can't help you, the best I can do is give you a discount on an other device"... Really he pretty much secretly interrogated me to deny me warranty on a clearly defective device that does not bring a power outlet. He never told me to charge it on a 1 amp power outlet. I also highly doubt that the 1amp difference was the issue. It's clearly a manufacturer defect. It didn't even stop working while I was charging it cut out in the middle of me vaping. I tried asking to speak to the manager and he told me that's not possible. After getting frustrated with the situation, another guy came out from the back acting tough and didn't like the tone of my voice and asked me to stop the attitude. What did he expect for me to have a smile from cheek to cheek after they screwed me and wouldn't honor their warranty. I gave the guy a piece of my mind and he asked me to leave the store. After searching online I couldn't find any way of contacting any body that can be held accountable for this. Pretty much if you walk into this store it's just like walking into the flea market, what ever you buy hope that it's good otherwise good luck with getting them to honor the warranty. I guess I'll be contacting Consumers Protection to file a formal complaint... let's see how that goes?

Horrible customer service. Everything they answer is with a bad attitude. As if I "the customer" did something wrong. All I asked for was for any Kings Crest ejuice. All he said is that they're out of business. That I can no longer get it. Then I went to my regular spot "Vapor Passions" and I bought it there...You'd think that by going to this shark place that was close to you're job would treat you right to earn my business but, no. I highly DO NOT recommend this place..
