For some odd reason, various packages I've mailed from here continue to get lost at this location - and I mean EXACTLY at THIS location. Once can be a mistake, but two or three times is a trend and a cause for concern.Most recently, I dropped off a package on November 14th, 2023 and as of today (December 2nd 2023), the package remains lost even after watching the employee initially scan it last month. The tracking number even shows USPS in possession of the package at 33172, but no updates ever since. Due to previous losses, I started handing my packages to the clerk and obtaining a receipt as proof of shipping for my customers but unfortunately, this location continues losing my packages!Another incident a few months ago, I dropped off a package in their mailing bin near the front entrance back in September 2023 and it was never scanned until I came back a week later and questioned them about it. The employee at the front desk advised me that the item may be lost but to keep checking the tracking number. Oddly enough, the package was scanned (at this Miami International location - zip code 33172) later that night! I guess the package must've been sitting in a bin in the back room the whole time. Luckily, this package ended up being found and successfully delivered - but only after confrontation.Customer service at this location needs a serious look at. The incompetence and level of operations is trending in the wrong direction.If you're a business owner, please do yourself a favor and go to another location with competent employees. The possibility of loss is high, and the carelessness of this USPS location will cost you.I've escalated my incidents to the Complaints Department on the USPS website and will no longer visit this location for any reason.

I simply decided to make a review, because it is the third consecutive time within the past two weeks at this location and with different postal employees, that I have received poor and rude customer service…I understand that working with the public is not easy, but I also think that if If you decide to do it, you have to be trained to provide the best Customer Service despite of the circumstances or tour personal problems…I was told by one of your employees in a rude manner, that I should have packed my package better, another one in a very patronizing and rude way, slamming the counter with her hand, without even listening to what I was there to do, was telling me to get in front of her….to make my transaction and when I tried to put the bag on one side of the counter to take my package out due to the lack of space, she kept rudely slamming the counter with her hand, telling me that I had to get in front of the window, I felt antagonized, disrespected and mistreated….so I left to another Post Office located on 97th Ave and 17th street, to execute my transaction..at this other Post office the lady was very friendly and kind. Awesome Customer Service skills… I felt welcome…If you work in customer service and you’re having a bad day stay home, and you can’t deal with the public then ask to be kept in the back doing clerical work or cleaning…

Very bad experience, the lady with red hair ( Stephine) has abusive behavior and aggressive. She does not know that the profitability of an establishment depends on the quality of its service, if she does not tolerates people she should do another work, many people would like to work where she does, they should give the opportunity to those who value their luck more.

They have a really rude staff. This older black lady talking like she’s working in the ghetto. Not a good look for international mall. You don’t have to be rude if you’re having a bad day!

The last time I was here Noone was at the counter and I yelled anyone home and a sleepy woman came out and told us what a bad night she had.Today Tuesday June 13th 11:30 lights are on and it is closed. People waiting outside. Finally someone opens the door with no explanation and again disappears. Finally , Stephanie came to the counter and was very combative when I asked her a question about the package I was sending. Not a good expierence

The red hair stephine needs to be fired. She is so lazy, doesn’t do anything but be on her phone. Arguing with co workers. They didn’t want to provide service to anyone kept arguing about who should deal with the customers…. This location needs new employees. It’s really really ghetto in there and am black … for a mall usps their attitudes disgusting she needs to be fired immediately. I left heading to a better location..

Dear unprofessional short red hair lady. I arrived at the office to drop off two packages, first of all she was on the phone while working, second she was very rude and third she only ask ME what's inside both package...I don't have a problem with it because I know there restrictions but she wanted full detail description of what was inside and also why I was sending it. Again she only did that with me, after listening to her stupidity she make me change the box for no reason...I knew it was a d*** decision to do that but since there was no supervisor she does what she wants....two weeks later the tracking number shows nothing and my package has not arrived. Working on tracking it to see what really happen, this can't be happening this lady needs to be fired period, her stupidity cause this and it's making me waste time and money solving something she created.
