I visited this post office on May 6, 2025 to send a package home to Saudi Arabia, and Micheal made everything effortless. He welcomed me right away, walked me through the best shipping options, helped with the customs paperwork, and double checked that my box was secure before sealing it up. Thanks to his patience and expertise, my package was ready to go in no time. If you need friendly, knowledgeable assistance especially for international shipments Ask for Micheal. He’s a real asset to this location!

The young lady that I spoke to regarding a package that I never received, but the system says that I picked it up was very rude. first I got a message that says my package is out for delivery, but I never received it. It was just before Easter so I allowed a few days thinking my mailman might be a little lazy seeing it was a holiday weekend but on Tuesday came and I still hadn't received my package I called and the person on the phone told me that the package was at the post office and that someone would call me to see if I wanted it re-delivered and that's when I decided to go to the post office and pick up my package, but this young lady was very very rude. I know that it was close to closing time and I'm a senior citizen and she got upset because I was asking her the same thing over and over I have a memory problem and there's no reason to be rude. She got an attitude and even told me if you wanna argue, argue about yourself. No need for that kind of customer service all I want is my package she didn't help at all. She just wanted to go home.

If you want to be helped, treated nicely and with patience, drive the extra miles to come to this USPS. The clerk at this location is the nicest person that I have ever encountered at any USPS location.

The post office left a notice that they're closing early at 6:30pm. I got there at 6:09 p.m., and they were already closed!!

Stopped by today Tuesday at 6pm to mail some packages and Michael was super helpful. He was the nicest, most patient USPS employee I have ever encountered. Exceptional customer service skills. Will come back to this location just to be assisted by him again.

Save yourselves the headache of carrying a package deep inside the mall, specially if you are in need of them printing a pre-printed usps label for you or if you need tape to seal your box. They couldn't provide neither. Guy at the store recommended me to go to office depot and I got everything taken care of there. How in the hell can a usps store not provide you with tape! Unbelievable. No one wants to work. I guess business must be doing great inside this mall to turn away business.

I was needing to mail my passport renewal. I was welcomed by an employee named Michael. He was so helpful and understood my needs. He asked me all the points to make sure I will mailed it correctly.
