Terrible service, it says delivered and they never sent it, the same tracking shows that the package was stolen. I am Venezuelan and that box was the Christmas premieres for my daughter in Venezuela, the one who pays the consequences is my daughter. They admitted that the box was there but they just tell me to file a claim because they don't have time to look for it…. THIEVES.

I attended today December 11, 2023 to send a large bag with Christmas gifts so that they would be sent to Michigan, upon entering I was greeted by a Hispanic woman, short in stature over 50, as I saw that she spoke Spanish I addressed her because she was at the counter right next to the door,I approached just to ask if I could send my bag with the 4 boxes of gifts inside and when I told him to help me because I spoke Spanish and the shipping was a little complicated for me, he spoke to me in a derogatory way, told me to get in line, ( Yes, of course, Mrs. (I answered) it's just to know if I divide my gifts into boxes. I stood in line but when it was my turn I waited for her, just because I thought she would help me. I went to his counter and immediately, he turned his back on me and started serving a lady who spoke English and was at the end of the line. (I told her) Madam, it's my turn and when I was in that position you barely let me speak and you told me to get in line, I got in line and now it's my turn, you turned your back on me again and in a very bad way. She told me that if I didn't like her treatment, there were 2 more cashiers, that she didn't have to serve me. I stood in line again but I couldn't concentrate anymore and I started to cry. A customer very kindly helped me with another cashier, but The truth is I was already totally frustrated, I was so depressed that I made the wrong address twice, the very kind cashier told me not to cry that she would help me, but I definitely couldn't continue and I left without making the delivery. People like the lady who treated me so badly, it seemed to me that it was a crime because from the beginning I told her that my English was not very good and I would prefer someone in Spanish to help me prepare my shipment, they should take a customer service course. Client, learn to treat clients with kindness and professionally, you work for the community and you are also a government worker, what a shame I met her. I have always gone to this post office and I know that the staff is very friendly, attentive and professional, unlike Ms.

Lazy employee tells me to leave parcel outside instead of taking said parcel and leaving it with other parcels with her on the desk. Friday November 10 at 5.55p.

This office always has endless lines. Only one employee is always serving customers. It is stressful coming to send mail to this store.

Just stopped in after the afternoon hours ended. I rang the bell because I had a package for pick up and Alex was kind enough to provide me amazing service and grab my package knowing that I travel so much. Cannot say enough good things about the team that works there currently based on their customer service attention to detail and overall care to this customer.

My Husband bough a item on ebay and for some reason the mail man posted that he delivered when the mailman had never delivered to our address and we when to these post office and they supposed to gives us a called back and they never call us.is increible how bad the post office been working lately now I don't know who will replace our package since no body have a answer about these situation.the worse service ever.

Worse ever! 45 to 60 mins line to buy one tracking number for an envelope. Do not offer express line. Only one employee helping. All registers closed. They do not care. Do not go.

Only one person working. She went to the back 5 min ago and hasn’t returned. Customers continue walking in. This is horrible! Is it because there is not accountability? No service and a lots of customers.

Regularly, I go to this post office to leave multiple packages and the personnel (staff) is always kind and helpful. Especially, a girl named Asia and Mrs. Jacquelin. Thank you all for your services, you make my day better.
