Horrible customer service... the clerks leave the line and go do personal stuff and come back whenever they want to return leaving everyone wondering when are they coming back. No communication whatsoever!

What a TERRIBLE service, they do not have a clue of proper customer service, I was attended by a guy called Nikos, very rude and with a very bad attitude, the worse experience in the USPS offices, if this is a Contract offices better supervision and training need it URGENTLY

They don't take card unless the purchase is more than $10 which for an USPS contract unit this is kind of senseless.

This gotta be the most useless USPS location ever. You can’t scan QR codes, you can’t ship certain items, the people are rude and incompetent.

I have been a freight forwarder in the Doral area for almost 15 years. In the past I have had my frustrations with USPS. In between misdelivered packages, packages marked as delivered when they are not and issues with communication- I was feeling incredibly frustrated with the service in the area. Over the last year however, I can see and feel the difference. It’s not perfect yet, but the staff is putting in the effort to fix the system. Starting with my delivery carrier, I would like to give a special mention to Jenifer (Argentinean serving 33166). She is amazing. She is professional and cares about our packages. Errors still happen, the Doral area is busy and the USPS team works tirelessly so I understand errors are inevitable. But errors also give the opportunity to provide solutions and that’s exactly what she does- she helps with every tracking I send her way. I would also like to shout out her supervisors ( I don’t have their names), but they provide her with the foundation to be resourceful and helpful. They work hand-in-hand with her to help us solve problems and locate packages. If I could give you guys 10 stars, I would. Thank you for working hard to improve. I see you, I see your efforts and as a small business owner, I am deeply grateful.

Worst attendant, his name is Juan. Very rude, angry and grumpy customer service ever. Why you don't choose your employees wisely? obviously he is not prepared to deal with customers in a polite, respectfull manner. Customers don't have the fault of his issues or frustrations.

This office offered an overnight service and charged almost $30 for an envelope that took 4 days to arrive. I feel i was ripped off with this service. Instead of explaining the risks due to being the last day before christmas. don't blame it on weather as it was fine around here. We expected this package containing medicines with urgency. Sometimes peoples life's might be on the line, so it is not a reliable service. Period.

They are not a real USPS store, they are not capable of handling out of the ordinary packages. If you are sending anything other than a letter, don’t waste your time coming here, find a real USPS location.

They lost my envelope with important immigration documents. Very bad service, the worst site ever to send something. Very bad ?? and irresponsible to tell me that I should go again and the would give my money back. I’m very upset. Service Request 32142282

I assume the staff changes a lot but the guy that was working the counter today was super friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located and you can fill up some gas at the same time. It's small but there was only one person in front of me and only one person behind me when I got to the front. Plenty of parking around the building and it's inside the convenience store to your right. There's a $10 minimum for credit card use but you can combine it with your gas.
