I stopped in looking to tile my semi enclosed balcony. I was greeted by salesperson that was very helpful. I took a few samples home and decided to go with a 24x48 smooth porcelain tile that looks of terrazzo which was one of the samples. My installers picked up the tile and finished the job. I get home walk on it and immediately knew this is not what I selected it felt like walking on sandpaper. So, they decided to switch the finish and not inform me. I'm extremely upset. I cannot use a mop I have use a brush with a hose with 2 neighbors below me

My friend and I went here yesterday in search of tile for her new kitchen backsplash. We had been to 4 stores before this one and she was ready to give up because she couldn't find the right color tile. It had been super frustrating to have to look through tile board samples that were 6 layers deep in no particular order (color, style, material). Right off the bat, USA Tile & Marble beat the other stores because they had all of their samples displayed on shelves across the wall. We could easily see everything without thumbing through stacks of options. My friend found what she was looking for fairly quickly and the price was much better than we expected. We appreciated being able to browse without a salesperson following us around, but were also able to get pricing and ordering information at the central desk when we needed it. I can't end this review without mentioning the amazing selection of tile, granite, flooring, etc. that they have there. And they have some of the most original and beautiful things that I have ever seen. I will be coming here first when it comes time to remodel our bathroom.

They have a great selection, however they get 1star due to the extremely poor customer service. They had about 10 people working there and about 3 customers Including us and we asked for help, one lady just yelled the price as she was walking and didn’t even bother to help. Another customer service rep said she was helping someone and was just sitting at her desk doing absolutely nothing.I am not sure why the customer service was so poor as the other 3 customers in the store had people ask them if they could help, although 2 of them came in after us. Horrible experience!!! So ride and unprofessional.

One of the worst customer experience I had in awhile. They short delivered tiles and delivered broken tile. I had to pay $250 for delivery, when trying to get credit for the broken tile, they required me to bring the large broken tiles back even though I showed videos and photos after delivery that these were broken. The tile weighted over 75 lbs and I don’t have the vehicle or someone that can help me to load the broken tiles back. The salesman showed zero care when I mentioned this. This company doesn’t care about their customers and unless you have a lot of time on your hand to return tiles, stay away.

Our next family adventure take us to USA Title & Marble located at Doral, this is our second time in the store and we received the same costumer service, Alejandro show us the option we have to select the design for our bathroom.We come here in 2021 referred by a friend and that was a amazing decision, we know around this place you many option to choose but they have good prices and quality is like others place around.

Questionable Business Practices, and Mediocre Customer Service. I bought tile from them a few months ago that ended up taking longer than they said it would arrive. The sales rep that helped us buy the tile was unavailable to update us for almost 3 weeks during that time because she was out of town, and no one else was able to help us during that time she was out, which left us wondering when our tiles would arrive. Mind you, we had already hired a contractor to do work for us and he was waiting for the tile to be delivered so that work can be done. We almost lost our contract with the contractor, bur eventually we got the tile delivered. Fast forward a couple of months and we needed extra tile, and the sales rep told us that the tile company that fabricated the tile is making less of it due to being discontinued eventually, and we will have to wait until they tell them WHEN the tile will be fabricated, which was fine. However, I spoke with the sales manager and she said that that particular tile can be discontinued at anytime regardless if we put in an order or not, which is ridiculous. So essentially we were waiting around for a tile that they can't confirm whether it would be fabricated and sent to them, and they still had the tile in their show room to sell to customers. The sales manager had no issue with this, saying that "we're a business". The sales rep told me that the fabrication pf the tile was a matter of WHEN, while the sales manager told me it was a matter of IF it would be fabricated. So someone is either lying or is misinformed. I gave them this feedback for future customers and they ignored the recommendation. Either way, i bought our tile elsewhere with much better customer service and better pricing. Bottom line, ask before you buy from there if a particular tile is going to be discontinued or delayed, or else you'll be in a situation like I was.

They sold me flooring that started bending in 12 months. Sales person Carlos pushed me to a person name Erik who, without even seeing the damage, blamed on installation. No ownership, all they want is your $$$

The wort service.. my wife went to go ask for someone to help I felt like if we were asking him for a major favor. Absolutely terrible customer service do not understand how this business is open in such a competitive street. I hope the owner reads this review and acts.
