Terrible customer service. I went to return an Amazon package and when I approached the counter, greeting the girl who was serving her, she didn't even look at my face or answer me, she was just on her cell phone and completely ignored me. The guy at the other register noticed and came over to tell me that they didn't have internet service so they weren't working, and to come back later. There were 10 people in the store waiting and they had no internet service all day, they could put a note on the door informing customers instead of wasting their time. And even more so with such a rude person at the counter, with no desire to work.
