I left a package there with 2 devices, very expensive devices. They told me that the box was too small, and they will repackage the items on smaller box to protect the devices and I trusted them. Today my vendor is telling me that they only received one device instead of 2, I been doing business with my vendors for over 10 years, and we never had any issues with any of our shipping or transactions. Make sure you get your proof from this store, no one knows where my other device is.

We went this past Thursday to have a package delivered next day. Regina was on the phone having a personal conversation and taking my package and placed it down on the counter mind you she is still on a personal call. then she guarantees me (that the package that I paid a fee for next day delivery ) will be deliver the following day (Friday) before noon. Well guess what?? due to her lack of professionalism my package was not delivered the next day and the packaged was never scanned for delivery. So I call back Friday afternoon she then places me on a long hold and told me to call back which I did 3x to tell me " oh I do not know what happened packaged never left our building" I then said we paid for next day delivery now what, she guaranteed me the package will be delivered first thing in the morning which would have been on Saturday. I then called back on Saturday because I see online that the package will be delivered on Monday the 6h before noon. When I called back Andrea did not know how to answer my questions all she said was for me to call customer service 800 number and that Regina will be in Monday morning for me to call back. The point is If you pay for next day delivery then it should be delivered the next day. Not to be on a personal phone call while a client is dropping off an important package. all they could say is "don't worry you will get your refund". That was not the point the point is you do not know if I had a deadline to have that package delivered and with a supervisor by the name of Regina with her lack of professionalism imagine how that business is being ran. The staff needs to change and be more attentive with our packages!

I've had a PO box here for years, and the service is top-notch. Never had any issues dropping off Amazon packages—they make it quick and easy. Friendly staff and reliable service.

This store will continue charging you after you cancel without permission and agreement. Have photos and videos of returning key to front door and mailbox and canceling service. Yet, I still got charged after trying to speak to manager many times. The store changed the lock on front door and did not notify me or send me a new key. Poor customer service and will continue charging you after you cancel without permission and agreement.

There is no good treatment, on the part of the agent Humberto, he does not collaborate with the client as he should. He is arrogant and arrogant, I almost left without making my return for not dealing with that type of person. In fact, I asked for another, friendlier person to serve me. .

I went to deliver UPS and USPS packages and the girl there, a blonde with very thick eyebrows, not knowing what I was going to do in the store, approached me telling me that she couldn't receive the packages. That they only received UPS and that if I left the USPS ones they did not give me a receipt or confirmation of what I left, that is, they are not responsible for what you leave there, so why provide the service if they are going to provide it poorly

I just left the store and the pregnant girl serving needs to take an urgent customer service course!!!! What bad service and what attitude!!! I do not recommend it, surely the business is not hers and she does not care about serving the customer well!

Staff is under trained and completely unaware of what they are supposed to do. I came in to drop off an AT&T item that AT&T specifically told me to take the UPS store and they would not accept it.
