Excellent experience at tu spa! They ladies were warm welcoming and knowledgeable. As soon as I came in they made recommendations for me and the health of my nails and provided great value to my service! Will definitely be coming back ?

It was my first visit to Tu Spa Nails & more and i must say I had a great experience. I needed to do my nails ASAP so I googled places and made an appointment. I decided to do Apres & a regular pedicure, my nails came out amazing. I was the only person there so it was very relaxing. The person that did my nails was I believe Jocelyn and she was great 10/10! They provided me with tea, which was delicious. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because i thought their prices were pretty expensive. My fault for not asking pricing before hand but i ended up paying $135 . I personally never paid that much before. I am going on 2 weeks and the nails are still intact even going to the gym everyday so i guess if I go once a month it wont be that bad.

Went for a $45 gel manicure with my daughter. My daughter was worried they would fall off quickly so they upsold us and before we knew it we paid $75 for a gel manicure that would last longer. It’s been two day and the nails are already falling off.
My $45 manicure is still lasting however I have scabs at my nail beds from where they made me bleed in a few places. I’m hoping it doesn’t turn into an infection. It also took double the time we anticipated.

They welcomed me with a warm smile and guided me through the services available. I opted for a manicure, and was impressed by the skill and dexterity of the technique. They used high quality products that left my nails shiny and healthy. I recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. From its serene atmosphere to exceptional customer service, this nail spa offers much more than just beauty service. I loved it!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I feel like I had to share my experience. First, I called the day before to try to get an appointment, and I was able to get one for the next day. On the phone, I explained that all I wanted was a gel polish change on my feet. They proceeded to tell me that it’s an extra $5 to remove gel if you’re a first time customer. I said okay that’s fine, no worries. The next day comes, and I go into the salon. The service and attention was good and friendly, and I don’t even really have complaints about the way my feet came out. However, when I go to pay, it’s $60. Never in my life have I paid nearly that amount for a polish change, so I went ahead and asked why they were charging me that much. THAT is when not only do they tell me that the gel removal is $10 actually, BUT they also waited until I was finished to tell me they were going to charge me the same as if I had done a whole gel pedicure (all I got done was nails were cut/filed & painted). I am rarely shocked by pricing because I have a good estimate of around how much certain services usually are, but this was completely unacceptable.

Me and Sister were on a girl's trip. Friendly staff and excellent service. I had toe surgery she was very careful around the surgery site. They did amazing job on my Sister nails as well my eyebrows. Wish they had shop in Birmingham Alabama.
