I have been sending shipments to Venezuela for years, the first and last time I use this company. My order was supposed to arrive in November and arrived in April. Many of the things are already blessed and things for important events that could not be done due to their irresponsibility, they never knew where it was. the shipping and blamed other people for their failure. They also made me pay double to deliver the box months after it was sent and cancelled. It was not delivered directly to my house in Venezuela either, I had to go look for it because they did not have a delivery day, the worst service I have ever had. I had given it up for lost. I will never waste my time and money with them again.

This shipping company is the worst I have ever hired. On August 5, I sent a box to Venezuela and today, November 17, I still have not received a response about the whereabouts of my box. They themselves don't even know where it is? Everyone washes their hands, they gave me the phone number of the person in charge of the warehouse in Venezuela (a certain Milvia) and she is a super rude person who didn't even let me speak to her. I feel cheated. No answers or solutions from that company.

If I could leave it at 0 stars I would do it but you have to give it at least 1, those who provide good service congratulations, but I do not recommend this company at all, if you want your package in weeks or months hire their services, GREAT!!! I already gave up my package and no hope...

I have been using this shipping company for YEARS. Everything is always timely, the customer service is excellent and quick. I send packages to Dominican Republic and they have the best prices. Definitely recommend, any issue I have ever had has been promptly resolved. 10/10
