It is a very unprofessional company; contracted them to install turf around my pool. They did not do the prep work they had agreed to do, and the end result was a very unsightly appearance. After a few days, the turf looked wrinkled.

My experience with Top Turf started off on a somewhat positive note, but it quickly spiraled into an absolute nightmare. Initially, the company appeared professional and competent, but their true colors were revealed when I tried to speak with the owner about a concern I had with the way the turf had been pitched.What followed was a display of extreme rudeness, egotism, unprofessionalism, and an utter lack of accountability.At first, the installation process seemed to be going well, and I had high hopes for the final result. However, mid project I noticed that the pitch was causing major flooding and puddling of water, it was a significant issue. It was uneven, and simply did not meet the standards for which I agreed to have the turf installed nor what I had expected. Concerned about the quality and error in the work, I approached the owner to discuss the matter.To my shock and dismay, the owner's response was nothing short of appalling. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and a willingness to find a solution, he dismissed my complaints outright. His arrogance was palpable as he tried to belittled me and claimed that the issue was inconsequential. His message read like this :“The pitch and grade is fine. Theirs is nothing wrong with the work we did. We are professionals at what we do with many years experience. Iam not redoing the work or lifting anything up, i expect approval from you today when we Finnish on-site with the guys and a payment today as well.” WORD FOR WORD OF HIS reply ! Never once had I asked him to lift the work, never once had I suggested not paying him, never once would I have expected such push back - unless of course ….from someone who doesn’t know what they are doing and when approached with a situation he addresses it with defiance and restrictions due to their lack of knowledge and professionalism.It was abundantly clear that his ego was far more important to him than maintaining a satisfied customer base.Not only did the owner display a complete lack of empathy, but he also lacked basic communication skills. When I attempted to explain the problem and express my disappointment, he interrupted me, spoke over me, and refused to let me finish my sentences. His dismissive and condescending attitude left me feeling unheard and invalidated.Adding insult to injury, the owner demonstrated zero accountability for the subpar work performed by his company. Instead of acknowledging the flaws in their installation and taking responsibility for rectifying the situation, he chose to place blame on me, suggesting that I was being overly picky and difficult. This level of unprofessionalism was truly astounding and indicative of a business owner who prioritizes his own ego over customer satisfaction.Of course, I never refused to pay him or even suggested such I was looking for solutions and not the disgusting behavior I was confronted with.In light of my experience, I strongly caution anyone considering working with Top Turf While they may appear competent initially, their true colors shine through when faced with any concern, criticism or suggestion The owner's rude, egotistical, and unapologetic behavior, coupled with a lack of accountability, is unacceptable in any professional setting. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment and seek out a turf company that values its customers and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. It’s better to pay more and get someone who knows what they are doing rather than one who just claims to know and really doesn’t !

This review is specific to the product that they sell and the owner as well. If your looking for a good quality turf especially here in south Florida, stay away from this company, i purchased what they call there "buffalo pro turf" nothing pro about this turf. I have a friend that works for the local news company who is coming to my backyard to show the poor craftsmanship of there product I've had my turf installed for 2 weeks I have melted turf alllll over my backyard. Including a round huge spot in the middle where my family and I were enjoying a pool day and the turf melted around our floaty again I've had this turf for only two weeks. I contacted them I showed the rep Margary photos and spoke with her about the situation she was shock and said she has never heard of this since working for the company when she spoke with the owner she said that there warranty doesn't cover it "of course how convenient " and when I asked to speak with the owner well here I am still waiting and 1000s of dollars later waisted. Take my mistake and don't make the same one use a better company use a company that values their customer and well I am going to blast this company on the news this week because I want to warn alot of home owners out there to not get scammed. The least the owner could of done was atleast offer a phone call me and maybe come up with a solution but not even that.

Steva went above and beyond with exceptional service and attention to detail. She was always available and kept good communication throughout the entire process of our turf purchase and installation. Her team members installed the turf perfectly. I would recommend this product 100%. The quality of the turf exceeded our expectations. It looks professionally done and now my backyard looks like a resort. We are so pleased that we will continue to do the rest of our backyard.

Seems this business was sold. I had some damage that needed to be repaired. It took weeks to get someone out to the house, ultimately the repair job was less than ideal. They did ask me if they did a good job, but after some discussion, it just didn't seem like the repair/patch would be "seamless" which is what I was promised during installation.The new owners seemed to have lost my records including product type, so the patch job is a different product and is noticeable. That said, they did seem to fix my problems as best they could, and they came back to repair at no charge to honor the original warranty.May be good for new installations but be cautious with information on repairs and long-term maintenance.

AMAZING WORK! These guys were accurate on quoting and recommending the best approach to water displacement, look and comfort. My family is enjoying the new backyard without any mud, bugs and reduced lawn bill. I have and will continue to recommend this company - PS ask for JULIO!
