They are very convenient, they sell new unit and they can also repair your old Titan water heater.

If you have a Titan thankless water heater you'll eventually need service and this is the place to go. Very friendly and helpful.

Bought a Titan tankless water heater from here years ago and absolutely loved not having a big, space consuming tank. It worked great for many years. I just replaced it with the same Titan and everything is wonderful again.
