She also managed the apartment’s transfer on the same day without any issues. Her professionalism and efficiency made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

We just moved into this community and honestly, it has been amazing! Paula took us on tour when we visited and helped us with our application process. She is a Superstar! She explained everything and was very honest and forthright with what we can expect when we live here. It's important because not every apartment or community suits everyone. We have pets and this community is super pet-friendly! We also have teens so the gym is also a good fit for us. We also love that there are grocery stores (Aldi next door and Publix across the street), Banfield Hospital (Yay!) and Chipotle!! We have assigned parking in a covered garage which just makes the whole thing even better!
Now for the actual living experience in our apartment...it is by far one of the BEST apartments I have lived in. We moved from Georgia and the apartments there are made of wood and we can hear everything!! People walking, music playing etc. But in this apartment, we barely hear anything!! You do hear water flushing in the bathrooms but that's really it. The apartment was cleaned and new carpets were placed before we moved in. Appliances are not brand new but they are still solid and newer stainless steel. We even have a water dispenser for our fridge. There's so many little things that I appreciate living here. We have a balcony for our dog who loves to sunbathe and I also love how easy it is to throw the trash out. There's a compactor on every floor and recycling and bulky trash items on the first floor. My tweens are now my assigned trash valets.
From the start with Paula helping us with our application process to actually moving in and living here for the past couple of days, it's been super awesome and I really hope that it will stay that way. Neighbors are all friendly and respectful. Holding doors for each other and saying hi. Love it!
Now for one minor con...
So remember I was saying this is a super pet-friendly community, well, please be prepared for some pet mishaps here and there. I haven't seen any because they do seem to clean up well but I did smell odors here and there. We don't mind it cos' we have pets ourselves and we know that accidents do happen but if you are not pet-friendly or allergic to pets, this place is definitely not for you. For us, this community is an awesome fit.

This place sucks, avoid at all costs! By far one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. We rented a one bedroom apartment that went for around $2,500 a month. There’s no storage space in the apartment, so you’ll have to rent that separately. We were super excited to move in, but we got deflated quickly. People are LOUD, so if you’re looking for a quiet place to come home to and relax after work, this is not the place. There was a party one night till 2 am (on a Friday night by the way) and I had to go to work the next day, early in the morning. Had to call the cops three times until they stopped. There’s dogs EVERYWHERE, and I’m talking about big dogs. If you’re not a dog lover, you’ll feel super uncomfortable. The whole vibe is ghetto: noise, trash, rudeness and sketchy people everywhere. The parking garage is terrible. Because is so tight, I almost got into a few accidents couple of times. The security guards are absolutely useless. When you really need them, they are nowhere to be found. They are super rude and will give you a parking ticket if you’re parked in the drop off zone or loading zone too much. Many times, it feels like the security guards are there to hassle the residents. One of the security guards gave me a hard time one night for being parked a few minutes in the drop off zone. All I was doing is bringing my groceries to my apartment. The management office is trying to be helpful most of the time, however if you’re running late with the rent, you will get an eviction notice stamped on your door for your neighbors to see and a good old fashioned late fee. No calls, no messages, no emails, just an eviction notice. Apparently that’s “The Policy”. We’re good tenants by the way. We mind our business, pay the bill and we left the place in good condition. Last place I rented, I was there for 5 years. Now they lost a revenue stream. I’m not sure bringing anybody in just because they can satisfy all the requirements to move in, is a good business strategy. Not all money is good money. Anyway, I hope this review will save you some headaches.

Potential residents should steer clear of this apartment complex. The management enforces a multitude of unexpected fees and fines, and finding parking is a constant struggle. Elevator reliability is poor, and interactions with leasing agents can be frustratingly condescending. Post-lease, the experience often shifts dramatically, much like encountering a different side, reminiscent of a Gemini's dual personality. A downhill property that I would advise against.

Consider other options before moving here. This apartment complex imposes excessive fees and fines for minor issues. Parking is consistently problematic, and elevator outages are frequent. The leasing agents exhibit a dismissive attitude that changes drastically post-lease signing, leaving a negative impression akin to a Gemini's dual nature. My experience warrants zero stars.

Beware of the numerous hidden fees and fines at this apartment complex. Parking is extremely challenging, and the elevators frequently malfunction. The leasing agents often come across as condescending and indifferent. The experience after signing the lease can be disappointing, resembling a drastic change in demeanor, much like a Gemini. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I have resided in this building for less than a month and I absolutely love it. My first point of contact was with the lovely Maria! She made my move in process go so smooth! I appreciate her answering ALL my questions and I always have a lot of questions lol. Maria is God sent!! Her energy is so peaceful and caring. The staff at this building are always ready and willing to assist me with any questions I have.

Very bad service, apart from the fact that they charge for all the residents who have been there for longer, they do not give us any priority if we want to move to another apartment since one of the residents knows them and knows that they have been punctual with their payments and asks you for more requirements than the first time. They increase your rent and also increase your water, this is crazy, they charge you for a parking lot that rains more inside than outside. In conclusion, I do not recommend it, very, very bad management.
