After doing some research I decided to drive all the way to Doral and bring my truck to Ford Diesel Service. I met with Omar and he told me that he could take care of everything my truck needed if I brought it back in two weeks because he was very busy. I scheduled the appointment and brought my truck back two weeks later. My truck sat at his shop for close to two months when finally he sent me an estimate for almost twice the cost that he discussed with me. I approved the new estimate and he still did not do the job . Here I am three months later picking up my truck, it's filthy. Not a single thing on the list of repairs has been completed. All Omar could do is look me in the eye and say hey buddy I'm sorry, I'm busy, look around at all these trucks, this one's been here for almost a year now, I was just about to get to your truck. I asked Omar where is the parts he said he ordered and they were all in, he said he did not have time to look for them but he could ship them to me. Obviously he did not buy any of the parts either. Disgusting!

I wanna thank this company for help me this past Saturday. They were thirty minutes from closing their shop and I needed my truck running ASAP. I spoke with the owner and mechanic and he waiting for me an hour and thirty minutes after closing for me to come with a tow truck. I appreciate everything because I spent two thousand dollars with two different mechanics and they resolved my issue within an hour. I can say they care about their customers and they did not have to wait but they did. This shows me that they are more about going over and beyond than just what’s in your pockets. I will continue to do business with them. I’m forever thankful for them helping me get my truck back on the road. We need more shops like this one.
