BUYER BEWARE!I ordered 1 faja from this company using THEIR directions. Well…when the faja arrived it was way too big. I signed up for an immediate return going through their proper channels. They CLAIM to offer FREE RETURNS! THIS IS A LIE! In fine print (which I missed because I saw FREE RETURNS and didn’t look any further) it states that the customer is responsible for getting the product back to them. Sooooo…it cost me $13.40 to return the faja to them.I had several emails back and forth with the company and they told me that they would give me a free return on my NEXT purchase if there was a problem…are you kidding me?!I am not a fan of purchasing online just because of shipping costs. I am chalking this up to a $13.40 lesson. Saddest thing is that I was planning on repurchasing a smaller size.

I ordered 2 Fajas and requested an exchange for the Stage 3 Faja. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the exchange. The representative stated that they sent me the wrong shipping label. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from Snatched Body. This is horrible customer service.

Worst customer service ever!!! I don’t live in the states but I placed an order to a US address. I used my billing address (outside the states) and they marked my order as fraud. They asked me to share a copy of my ID next to the CC I used and I refused and instead I just asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. That was FOUR times till now with no reply what so ever from their end. Which is starting to make me believe they’re the frauds!
