Thank you Ivana for the help today with the shoes. Even though they were closing, you didn't rush us to buy. Shoe palace should work on hiring more employees like this, the other employee who was with her ignored us from the beginning and passed us by as if it were nothing. Ivanna really was a great help and the reason we gladly purchased the service was 5 stars.

Bad service, very conceited workers, especially the manager Angie with her horrible character, she did not treat me super professional, please have more professional staff, people like that in the stores make the place look unpleasant

I came into the store 3 days ago and the customer service was excellent. I was greeted by the manager in the front and promptly helped out by the associate. Briana was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience, I couldn’t find a pair of Puma’s and a worker by the name of Sebastian helped me the entire time I was there. He brought out multiple pairs of shoes and was patient with me. Excellent customer service!
