I ordered a girdle and received a completely different one. My order was a size 3xs waist cincher d'prada and I received a completely different girdle brand model and size 2xl poor quality within the same package. The package didn't look new, looks used. I called and e-mailed the company and i was totally ignored.

They have the worst customer service ever !!! Never answer e-mail , they are so disrespectful with the customer time, they make a mistakes and then they put difficult on everything because they don’t want return or exchange , chat girl number 8 look like if is the only one, literally I been waiting hours because she was with many people at the same time and just didn’t want to do at lest decent job after hours waiting they told me we will send you an e-mail with the label , they never did , it was 7 days ago, now I am with 2 incorrect bra and not because my fault , their fault because they send me incorrect size. I will call them again because is not fair to pay shipping when they make the mistake.

I love their customer service. I ordered a white Faja by accident and asked them if they could change it to black. As soon as it came I saw that they changed it for the one I wanted. Fast shipping. I love the material and how well it snatches. I ordered two by the way. I do wish the straps could be a inch or two longer. It’s very comfortable. Makes me stand straight for sure and makes me look slimmer instantly. I will order again as soon as I can get into a slimmer size in the near future.

At my age it is somewhat difficult to hide the fat that appears around my hip, but the faja 2377 makes my problem disappear under the clothes.
