“The place is good, very clean and organized, the price is also good, but the manager Emilio is very rude and every single time we (my wife, my daughter or myself) try to talk to him, he immediately tries to pick a fight. The last time we went there to get an extra storage unit, he started arguing when we said “we want to take a look at other unit that may be available”. He assumed we would ask to cancel the contract just to get a new price. He didn’t even wait for our explanation… we wanted to have AN EXTRA unit, we were not there to cancel the one we already have. The very first time we went there his behavior was the same… he usually starts talking before listening to the customers and assumes what we are about to say. The other guys that work there are amazingly calm and nice. They know how to deal with people. I wonder why one of them aren’t the manager instead. If we face this situation again, I will take my stuff to another business just to deal with a manager that is a real people person.UPDATE: After leaving the review here, I got a call from the customer service team. The person that I talked to was very polite and supportive and let me explain what happened during the interaction with the manager, they will figure out what is happening and act accordingly. I really appreciate the way the situation is being handeld and I will keep my business there because everything else is great. I'm changing the rate from 1 to 4 (out of 5). Thank you guys.UPDATE2: The last time I visited the place, I had to interact with the staff to get the cart key. The manager Emilio was there and helped me with this task. This time he was very nice and polite. I really appreciate that. I'm very satisfied.”
