Don't trust the technician here they are definitely full of it. They talk and don't fix. Stephan came to my house told my girlfriend they didn't make the part for my oven then charged us a fee of 150 when I got home and called he said he wouldn't refund my money because it was standard. But the standard was 99 dollars so he up it to do Nothing pretty much

We were having trouble with the phones and weren't able to meet Mr Duniesky in a timely manner, but he returned just as my attendant arrived. He was careful in taking his time and fixed a low voltage electrical problem with the heat pump that four other technicians and electricians that claimed experience with central ac units were not able to fix over the years. Nelson was very polite and knowledgeable but your services are excessively expensive, I paid 626.00 Dollars for a fan that cost around 50 or 60 plus labor. I had to do it as it was a must do situation.I will never call your service again with those prices, I felt robbed to say the least. The whole service lasted 45 min.

The technician was very professional. He was able to diagnose the problems and provide an estimate of the repair cost with minutes.I really appreciated his honesty.We decided to replace and not repair the washer.

Technician ID 0591719was the worst he waived the 99 dollar diagnostic fee but charged me 120 dollar labor fee when he came and did nothing. He told me that they dont sell the parts for my oven charged us 120 dollars and left. I wish i can talk to someone here about actually getting my oven fixed or getting a refund
