Today, Memorial Day was a very nice day for shopping at Sam's Club. It's not as crowded as usual. Beach inflatables and fireworks are in for the holiday.

I arrived at this store (Sams Doral) on Sunday at 5:58 pm and I was stopped at the entrance by the one who said she was manager Yesenia, in a very rude way she told me that I could not enter even when I explained that the store was NOT yet It was closed because it wasn't 6 pm yet and I explained that I was only coming to buy a product and I would pay for the app. He flatly refused to let me in and told me that he was no longer letting people into the store for a while, so at what time does this supposed manager Yesenia decide to close this store? because the store hours are published and I consider that out of respect for consumers' time they should be respected.

Came on my honeymoon decided to pick up some king crab to make and they had it unpacked in opened boxes in the freezer section. Two associates lied to my face about it despite it being visible from the freezer isle. Refuse to package them an easy way for the king crab legs to grow legs. Funny I live in PA and never have this issue.
