Checkout and gas station with app is great, Costco is behind on this big time. Selection is solid, we buy almost all our dog treats at sams club and we have used the membership frequently in Texcoco, Mexico when we visit family.

I went to Sam's Club last Sunday. I bought some prepared food, red peppers to be exact and double baked potatoes big mistake. I got sick with Norovirus and E. coli. I was in the hospital last week for two days with vomiting and diarrhea. Will never in my life, go back to Sam's and buy anything prepared at their facility.

This club has always been outstanding. We have been members for over 20 years yesterday my battery went dead, and I had to go to the automotive shop. I received super great service from one individual. This guy was way beyond outstanding his name Rolando.

TRYING to call the Hearing Center for appointment. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE !!! this store is a JOKE! Wasted over half an hour trying to contact anyone.

Ridiculous lines both at checkout and at the door. So even if you use self checkout as you should, the door line is close to ten minutes. Also the person in the liquor section was aggressively rude to multiple people.

40 mins has just passed and I'm still standing in the line for fresh squeezed orange juice. This keeps happening week after week. The orange juice is delicious but not sure if it's worth waiting for. You would think they would put two people on duty since they are charging $9.98 for 59fl oz. I think my fresh squeezed orange juice days are over . I'm giving a 3 star cause a sams employee shopper was able to butt the line. Not fare!! They should put there order in and continue shopping.

The sam s club in miami use to be a great place to do your shopping but don't know what happened maybe this sam's club is a franchise or under new management all I know is there customer service is the worst I have seen in miami I have been to Costco and you get in and out fast and if you have a problem they listen and try to take care of it here at sams they don't care place is full of customers and there are lines closed why you have a membership but people without can come in and buy with someone else card why

Me and my children came to pick up some supplies and food. It was very hard to find what we want because not too many people to help. As for food, my little Timmy went up to grab our 5 pizzas and the lady didn't even have them ready. She also said "you need a parent". My little Timmy is a very independent 3 yr old that already knows his abc's. FINALLY the good came out. At least it was somewhat decent. Not worth the wait. Never coming here again.

Horrible!!!!! Store is messy, Customer service personnel are incompetent, checkout lines are always extremely long so it takes forever to pay unless you download the app. Worst part of all is that the store's Return & Exchange policy is ridiculous We very much prefer to shop at Costco where prices are comparable for greater assortment and better quality on most, if not all, items; more cleanliness & organization as well as exponentially better customer service and excellent return policy. Whether you have your receipt or not, you can easily return or exchange any items you're not completely satisfied with or change your mind about, no questions asked as long as you have your membership card!! With your original receipt, Costco will also give you a price adjustment on any item you bought if it happens to go on sale within 30 days of having purchased it. Sam's, on the other hand, has very limited window for returns. We really don't even understand how the history of transactions is stored. After standing in line fir no less than 30 minutes, we were recently unable to return unused items at Sams because we were told that the transaction could not be located even though we had the receipt and our membership card. Overall, no reason or advantage to spending money on a Sam's membership when there are way better options such as Costco that offer comparable pricing for superior: cleanliness/organization, quality, customer service, returns/exchanges/price adjustment(s) policies.

Worst costumer service ever!!!!! Not sure how the manager got his position when he has ZERO mannerisms. Unless you're going to pay with the app and have no reason to speak to anyone in the store then avoid at all costs. Just go to Costco that's on the other side of the 836.
