One of the hidden gems in South Florida, they are in the business since 1951 and i just know about them from the internet "Edgar" they have a variety of displays, slatwall shelfs, hooks, and hangers, with great prices, many thanks to Edgar, who was very helpful and the guys in the warehouse they were great, many thanks to all the staff, really you feel like a family, Kevin, Karol,and Yami.
Sure, i will visit again.

Terrible customer service.Bought 5 items online. They didn't have 4 of them in stock so they refund after few days only after I contact them.The one item they shipped to my billing address I never received. They refused to send a replacement or refund me. Said it was a drop ship from a different company but its not my problem. We have 20 stores and you totally lost our business in the future for 219$ . Smart move.

I needed the grid walls to set up my art for shows and it was fantastic. I am local so I drove there and they were helpful and it was a very pleasant experience.

Prices are not cheap and they seem very unorganized. They sent me a fed ex tracking that went to a different state, which we were expecting for todays delivery. Now they are telling us they gave us the wrong tracking number, and when I put this new number they gave me. it shows me they are not even in rout and no information shows up on the shipping. Big dissopointment and waist of time.

After 3 days I’ve been trying to get my showcase line for one of my stores, unfortunately the communication is not the best. After phone calls I was able to locate somebody ready to help me. (Eunice López) over the email. She Quoted me and after that I needed just a little bit more info, so I called right away and I spoke with (Claudia) and asked her what’s the lead time for the item: 2830M6 and she said: 2 or 3 weeks, when somebody else at some point said 4 to 6 weeks. Due this such a big difference on the lead time I asked her to reach the manufacture house for me so we can have a little bit more accurate lead time and take our decision from there. Well I hope the owner or the Manager or whoever cares the customer services on this place read this so they understand that Mrs. Claudia is a problem for the company, her reaction was unacceptable, she was totally angry because I told her “Please just try to confirm this ETA before I place this order I’ve been waiting for 3 days to be helped”. she yelled at me, wouldn't let me talk and hung up the phone. If you (Claudia) are having a bad day, is completely understandable, what’s is unacceptable is decline a phone call from a customer ready to spend $1200 order, that maybe for you is nothing, but for the Store owner is everything.
