I was delighted with the nail technician who took care of me. She is a true professional person who is really good at her occupation. My toe nails were long and hard. I usually go to my podiatrist but it takes too long for an appointment. I will be going back and hopefully the lady who took care of me will still be there.

I had my nails done here and the person who did my nails made them crooked and parts of the acrylic weren't even on the nail causing making you be able to see my nail under the acrylic because it accurately put on, they weren't finished, and the person who was attending me wasnt friendly, when I mentioned that I didn't like something he wasnt happy about me correcting him.

This is the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. First of all, I can’t believe they’re even allowed to operate with how unsanitary everything is. The nail stations are so dirty with debris. None of the tools used were in sanitized packets (cuticle trimmers as an example which can have blood), every tool the nail tech used was just loose in a drawer he went rummaging through when he needed something. He used his phone right before and during the service and never washed his hands and didn’t wear gloves. Phones are covered in germs and bacteria. I’m a really friendly person and when I went to the station I sat down, smiled and said hello and got no response in return except for a look of annoyance like my business was an inconvenience. Then when it came to colour selection, I was trying to match the colour on my toes as close as possible including a silver toned chrome finish. There were two shades that looked close and so the female nail tech sitting beside the male nail tech who was doing my nails painted and cured one of the colours to show me what it would look like which I was thankful for. She put a gold coloured chrome finish though so I asked if she could show me both shades with silver chrome finish, not gold. I asked very politely and respectfully. The male tech scoffed and laughed and they both looked annoyed. That was the last straw for me, I called him out on laughing and explained that I’m spending a lot of money to do my nails I would like it to look nice and stated I don’t know why he’s acting like that when I asked very nicely and politely. He seemed to shift his attitude once he realized he shouldn’t interpret my kindness for weakness. I was being completely respectful and so his rudeness was completely uncalled for. He then started my nails and tried taking all of the gel polish off with the sanding tool on my actual nails. I had to ask him to only take the top layer of polish only and use acetone to remove most of the polish otherwise he would’ve completely thinned out my nails. He still went too far with the tool before and after the acetone and my nails are weaker now and two have already broken. Polish started peeling and chipping within a few days so their products are poor quality. This whole experience was awful! This place should be shut down. Also, if you look at many of the positive reviews, the names are mostly male names and from people with no other reviews and profiles look fake. I don’t think most of their customers are men. I think they have created their own fake positive reviews to counteract all of the real negative reviews. With how dirty this place is combined with how awful the customer service is and how poor the products are, there’s no way they are getting this many positive reviews. This place is a disaster!

I'm hoping I don't end up with an infection after having a pedicure done here. The nail tech might as well have been using a hatchet with the way he made 4 of my toes bleed during the process. I can't walk in closed-toed shoes until they heal. The pain is terrible. Never again.
