Had pedals installed on Saturday morning (11/9/24). Mechanic got to work on my bicycle immediately. Paid $12 which seems reasonable. They have a good inventory of bikes, jerseys, bike lights, and bike components. Highly recommend!

Super happy with all the services they provide to my triathlon, road and mountain bikes, especially when Santiago takes care of it.
Santiago has an extensive career as an athlete and mechanic. He is also a triathlon coach and has a great team called SantiTeam, which I would like to join at any time.
Every time I go, Annabelle advises me with her extensive knowledge in all types of bicycles.
If I could give them infinite stars I would.

The best bike shop in the country. Highly recommended in every way. I drove all the way from Orlando to pick up a Trek Emonda for my son. It was so worth it! They went above and beyond. Annabelle is simply the best.

Worst customer service. My husband and I and kids came from homestead. No one was in the store and we got there today at around 2:00pm. When we came in the guy at front desk was on his phone. Did not even ask us if we needed help and was on his phone looking down the whole time. It’s sad to see adults (he was not a teenager nor a young child) setting a bad example to the youth of how to do your job regardless of what it is or position. He did not ask at all nor get up from his seat
Another lady was there cleaning or fixing a bike and my son touched the gear of the bike and she told him he shouldn’t do that verses asking us if we needed help. When I asked her what did she say to my son politely. My husband also said maybe we would know if someone would have introduced themselves and help us from the beginning but no one had. She then asked her colleague “you are not helping them “
And we said to her no he is still on his phone as we speak. We left and the guy still sat on his chair and phone lol
Sad to see grown men and society not doing their job right then people complain that they don’t get paid enough.

Great knowledgeable and honest staff. I bought a used road bicycle and took it here so they could check it out and tell me what it needed. Besides the bottom bracket which I already knew had to be replaced, they didn't try to take advantage of me making things up to charge me more, as other mechanics would. They told me straight up, that the bike would be perfect after replacing the bottom bracket, which was only $30. Before proceeding, I was advised that they had quite a few bikes to fix and mine would be ready by EOD or next day. I dropped it off at 1pm, and they called me at 5pm to let me know my bike was ready. I rode the bike at pickup and the problem was completely resolved, they even went as far as to clean and lube the chain for me. Rafael was patient with me and even helped me with choosing a helmet, lights, pedals, and other bicycle accessories. This is definitely my go to bike shop for all repairs, maintenance, and all bike related purchases.
