Took 20 min to get a sandwich with 1 person in line in front of me. Understood zero English, made the weekly special sandwich wrong, toasted when asked not to be, rang up at normal price, cashier couldn’t adjust. Just left the whole thing and left. Not this person’s fault but whoever is in management please keep at least one person that speaks at least some English on.

Today 8/24/24 at approximately 9:30 pm... I find it very unpleasant and I consider that it was NOT a coincidence that a cashier at this Publix made a mistake 3 times on the same invoice. He was charging me 3 BOGOs improperly and I had to complain to customer service and they returned $17 to me that I paid additionally and incorrectly due to the cashier. Please keep an eye on your staff, it is important that you review the performance of your workers so that they do not make the purchasing process a real nuisance.

The GPS is reported to be very slow, you have to restart it constantly, it gives you the route after you have passed the place

I love it, it has a covered parking lot so there is no problem if it rains. The staff that works in the supermarket is very attentive.
