“Hi, I went to this store #1550 to get some 8x10 flyers printed today. Derrick assisted me who went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the overall product, asked me what kind of paper I wanted and he recommended thick cardstock for what I wanted and wouldn't take long. There was a line of customers about 7 of them and Derrick delivered incredible customer service by himself alone and the rest of the customers. Give this man a raise and make sure he receives this praise. I will come back to this location if I ever find myself near this location. Blown away by how patient, graceful, personable, attention to detail, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and easy going Derrick made me feel and this experience is 15/10!
