THE WORST. THEY MADE ME LOSE 1 DAY OF WORK BY SCHEDULING A DELIVERY OF A TABLE THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE. THE PERSON "MARIA ELENA" DROPPED THE BALL BIG TIME . THEN TRIED TO BLAME IT ON THEIR SYSTEM. PUT ME ON HOLD WITH THE HOPES I WOULD HANG UP. THEN I SPOKE TO A MANAGER WHO ADVISED ME THAT THE TABLE WAS NEVER EVEN PICKED UP . BECAUSE IT WAS 1 PIECE INSTEAD OF 3. THEN THEY TELL ME THEY DONT DO ASSEMBLY EVEN THO I PAID EXTRA , AND EXPECTED ME TO HUNT DOWN THEIR AGENT , WHOM THEY SENT THE TABLE TO . THEN THEY TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME, AND AGAIN DROPPED THE BALL AND TO TODAY'S DATE , ALMOST 30 DAYS LATER I STILL DONT HAVE MY DINING TABLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I had a disappointing experience with Pilot Freight Services. The driver unloaded our washer machine at the wrong address, despite being given the correct information later. When we asked for a few minutes to sort out the situation and move the appliances across the street, the driver insisted on sticking to the document address, took back the washer, and marked it as a refused delivery. Poor customer service and inflexibility.

Truck entrance is NOT marked, so I ended up turning into what ended up being the exit gate with a 53’ trailer + sleeper cab. Warehouse manager REFUSED to open the gate so I could pull in to turn around. Other trucks were behind me making the same mistake - so low rating is purely based on that. I ended up jumping the gate when someone came out just to turn around. Once checked in to the entrance (guard shack guy was awesome, and workers that unloaded me were also awesome). A “Supply Chain solutions” service should be a little more trucker friendly. I saw one truck having a hard time getting into his assigned dock because there were cars parked right in front of it. So, HUGE ? to warehouse manager for that, too.

Super professional. They stored and delivered a large cargo. White glove service. Great customer service. The team bringing heavy and fragile items were outstanding!!! Highly recommend!!

0 stars! They dropped off a piece of furniture, said the customer signed for it (they did NOT) and left it in front of the garage door so they could not even get it open. They claimed to have knocked on the door but did NOT knock or ring the doorbell. What a disaster!

Horrible experience. I had to use their services for an Amazon return, unfortunately. They set an pick up time for Thursday from 3-6pm, which worked perfectly because I work nights, and would have some time to sleep before pick up. I was sleeping, had an alarm for 3pm. When I woke up, I had a text and a missed call from 10AM!!! I called back, and the driver told me that he called for a pick up, but I didn’t answer, and now his truck was full, so the item could not be picked up that day. I explained to him that the pick up was supposed to be at 3-6PM. He said he was sorry, that he was going to tell another driver to pick up my item next day. He was annoyed and pretty much blaming me for this, when they were the ones setting the pick up for that time. I asked at what time the next driver would come, and he said “leave it outside.” I can’t leave the item outside, I live in an apartment complex. I can’t leave that big item in the middle of the hallway. I’m beyond frustrated and angry. I’m not losing sleep because of their incompetence. I scheduled the delivery on my only day off next week, delaying the return more than one week. Horrible service. I wish Amazon would stop doing business with them, because from the other reviews, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident…

Horrible service and they picked up something valued at over 1000 that did not belong to them by mistake and I never got it back! Just plain carelessness and lack of professionalism

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! If it was possible to give a negative rating I would! These people are completely disrespectful and have no common sense whatsoever. First they changed the deliver date and time several times and then ended up delivering at 5 pm after waiting for them ALL day. The delivery driver was so unbelievably rude and lazy as h*ll. Refused to deliver to our door and left a giant box blocking our walkway. I advised the company we have elderly people that live here and use walkers and need the walk way to WALK and they did not care at all. The "manager" had no idea how to conduct herself or acknowledge what a terrible employee her driver was. 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVER. Make sure Walmart uses another company when making deliveries.

Worst and most irresponsible company I have had to deal with. More than 5 times Re-scheduled for delivery and a month of delay with no reasons whatsoever while being in the same city and county. No solutions provided, no notice, and the only reply I’ve got for every employee is that “we don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered”Avoid at all cost working with this company. Real unpleasant experience.

I had a large car hood delivered to my home. I would say that the experience with this freight company was great. Every time I called they were very professional and would answer all my questions. The item was delivered exactly the day and time that it was scheduled to be delivered. And lastly, the person that made the delivery was very courteous.I will definitely give this company and the employees that I had interaction with five stars for their service.

Worst experience I have ever endured. I am so upset by this ridiculous company that I am going to do everything I can to make sure that Walmart and Amazon never use them again. I would highly recommend that you go anywhere else. This company loses items as well as handling things with absolutely no care at all. They have ruined Christmas for my family and now have ruined my son's birthday. They are unable to deliver items on time and they apparently have no idea where these items are disappearing to. I ordered a pool table and it has been delayed, rescheduled and lost twice. If you need something shipped and expect it to show up when you are told, I'd highly recommend that you find any other company.

Horrible experience. After scheduling a Friday delivery and receiving confirmation of delivery the day before, I left the office early specifically to sit around and wait for a delivery that never came. Compiling the issue, nobody ever called or e-mailed me to tell me they weren't coming with the delivery. To make matters worse, when I called their customer service line the next morning, it put me on a repeat loop where it kept telling me to stay on the line for a customer service representative, but would eventually start me back at the beginning asking for my delivery number. Ultimately, I had to go through the entire scheduling process again for my shipment, which of course put me to the back of the line and made it so my delivery was delayed another 10 days. Such a giant waste of time. I am shocked that large companies like Best Buy use Pilot, and I will go out of my way to avoid Pilot (and vendors who utilize Pilot) in the future.

Reading other peoples reviews, I was skeptical about my 70 inch TV supposed to be delivered on the 16th of December, but they came to my house 6 days early and the delivery guy was very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the delivery overall. Thank You
