Excellent box, equipment in very good condition and sufficient, the place is clean, spacious and tidy, the training routines are varied and dynamic, the coaches are attentive to the technique and always encouraging, the atmosphere of camaraderie is unique in this place, from the first day you feel welcomed by the staff and colleagues. I like to run and thanks to the support they have given me in physical 7 I have been able to not only improve my physical condition and my health but also my running technique and times in competitions.

I attended a StringFirst Bodyweight Instructor Certification hosted here. It wasn’t east to find, but the parking lot was huge.It’s a very spacious and well-ventilated facility, which kept us relatively cool in the summer Miami heat. Great selection of quality equipment, and the owners were very welcoming.

It is the box (place to do Crossfit) best equipped with implements and accessories. I was impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment. The WOD and the environment are excellent. I love it!

So it was my first time doing CrossFit and I was very reluctant, on the idea of it. Though I was kind of timid. I felt very at home. the location is very clean kept neat and nice. When I came in through Physical 7’s doors I was welcomed with open arms literally.The staff and the people there were all nice. When we started our workouts, I was unable to do most of them but the trainer had amazing alternatives. I will most definitely with out a doubt come back to Physical 7 no matter the cost or distance.
