We always shop here to get worms for my beardie. We love this shop. The employees are always nice and helpful. Plus they have the cutest accessories for our pets, like these cat beds that we bought for my kitties. They love their new beds. 🖤

The grooming salon only had one person working, which I know is a liability. Further, they are supposed to accept walk-ins but this is the second time they tell me they can't because they are too busy. The store itself is not labeled well and it is hard to find anything. I have no idea how this particular store is still running.

Martin should be the manager of this store! Such a kind and efficient person would be much more useful building a great team and putting the "lazy ones" to work. Petco should worry about keeping all their stores with a high level of customer service. Martin you would make Petco great!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Martin and his team were gracious and understanding in taking back a little Parakeet, its cage and other bird supplies that were given to us as a gift.
We are against having caged pets and this gift was impossible to enjoy.
Thanks again to PETCO's return policies and the team @ the Doral Store.
I want to take the opportunity to publicly request PETCO' Management to consider ending the sale of caged animals.

My dog is a bully mixed. I had an appointment at 3:30. They called me back at 11 to say that because of the groomer, she wanted to have all the all the dogs together. You know, like in the same time frame. So I said okay. I had to leave work early like a whole hour early. Because I thought I was scheduled an appointment with a Petco near my area. I forgot that this Petco was in Doral. I called back accepted Accept it twelve O'clock appointment. They gave me a window of thirty minutes due to the short notice. So I had to run leave work an hour early.Just in time to grab a dog and drive.Drive thirty minutes from my house. Mind you My dog has not Has not had a bath In weeks. Prior to this appointment.
And and at the last visit they was informed about her dry eye issue. So today when I arrive with her they decided At first.
Not to see her Because of the dry eye. But they accepted her Anyway. I informed them that that she has been to the vet.And they just said that it's dry eye and she's gonna have that condition for the rest of her life. They want me to get a letter from the vet Stating that this is factual. They called me within the hour of me, picking her up, stating that she refuses to stand on her hind legs to stand up in order for them to give her said that because of her age. And because she is overweight that it's 2 of them. To cut her nails. But they refuse to give her a bath. They Informed me to not bring her back. They Told me About their new policy Regarding dogs that cannot stand up On their own To get a bath. They then said they can recommend a shampoo for her. I am very tired of this crap. I paid for the nails but no tip. I work two jobs so when I am willing to pay for services for my dog I shouldn't be turned around as if my dog is unfit. The new policy should be displayed and when scheduling appointment so that if the animal has an issue or will not been seen. We can choose how we spend our time.
