They have terrible customer service. We made an appointment to our dog’s grooming at 8 in the morning. She has a terrible attitude. When I asked how long its gonna take she told me 2 or 3 hours depends on your dogs behave. And she mention she will start now. When I went to pick up my dog at 11 o'clock, she had not even started shaving yet. She only washed and dried my dog for 3 hours, other than that, she kept him in the cage. After telling me that you can come to pick up your dog he is ready at 12 o'clock, she hung up the phone on me. I won't comment on her grooming, you can see the pictures and decide for yourself.

Johana is the best, she knows what she is doing, gives me suggestions when I had some doubt about something in particular. My dog Milo is very hairy and he comes out like from a fashion show.
