Amazing showroom! By far the best place to buy slabs. I visited basically all the slab shops near by and Pantai was by far the best. Great service, good prices, and a great showroom. Greg was my sales rep and he made the process so easy, cant recommend them enough!

The customer service is PERFECT!!!
Everyone is very welcoming but a special kudus to Alex, he is very receptive and goes above and beyond to see you happy with your choice. He also responds to you via text message promptly. I ended up purchasing from another place because the slabs I chose from Pantai were not large enough and they didn’t have more in the lot. Alex returned my money the same minute after I requested. He is definitely one of the best sales person I ever had, and I feel bad that we ultimately didn’t buy from him. Thank you Alex!!!

The people at Pantai are truly the best around. They are detailed and knowledgeable. I have referred so many friends and clients here because their service and pricing are outstanding! Both for a residential kitchen as well as for some of my restaurant partners, no matter what your needs are, they will find the perfect slab for you and explain all of the details about material, durability, etc. I always work with Greg, he is not only our Pantai rep but has become a good friend. That’s when you know service is over the top fantastic!

Without exception, the best marble and granite vendor in town. Greg Fernandes, our sales rep, was extremely helpful, knowledgable and courteous - offering to go the extra mile at every turn. They offer a wide variety of materials, colors and sizes. We will definitely include them on all our projects moving forward.

I gave Pantai 5 stars because from the moment I entered I really liked the place and the large selection of granite they had compared to other places I visited that only had two or three and Greg Fernandez's attention was incredible, very professional and friendly with a lot of knowledge and patience and helped us a lot in the selection I am very happy I highly recommend Pantai to anyone and everyone looking to design a kitchen, not only because they have the most beautiful and largest inventory’s but also because of their customer service and professionalism.

I am in the process of building a custom kitchen. I bought 5 slabs of quartzite. Gregg, who helped me, was so patient and kind. He literally met with me on 3 occasions to make sure that I ended up with the right set of slabs. He made sure we picked the perfect ones for my kitchen. Pantai has great quality beautiful stones and wonderful caring employees. Gregg really made my experience easy. I would definitely shop and recommend Pantai to anyone seeking to remodel or new construction. Thank you Gregg and Pantai!!!!!!!!!!

They were amazing! I Especially Greg! loved the selection! If your like me, once you get home you think of questions you should have asked. Even if your not at the office, they promptly respond to your questions. Greg was soooo helpful! It's like old time service. It's not just about your money, they want to make sure you are happy.

I visited Pantai and looked at a Crystallo Quartzite on sale for $1800. It is gorgeous but marked down due to oro in the slab. They guaranteed the slabs I would receive would be intact with no cracks. They were delivered to my fabricator with cracks and could not be worked on. I let the sales rep know and they sent out another two slabs. These slabs according to my sales rep were worth $3000 and yet were also cracked and pieced together. I called the sales rep again for a refund. They must not inspect slabs before they go out. I have been extremely patient trying to find decently priced slabs however I could not recommend giving Pantai your business.
