“I went in for an oil change, and unfortunately, they forgot to secure the screws on the under cover of my car, leaving it loose and scraping the ground. I was initially frustrated and worried, but when I contacted the manager, Yasel, he handled everything remarkably well. His customer service was excellent, and he resolved the issue within just a few hours.
We are all human, and mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how they recover from them. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars—because of the outstanding service and professionalism of Yasel and his team.”
“I decided to trade in my car and with that, came the need to return my exhaust back to stock. Felipe was my initial contact, and I was then taken care of by Carlos. I was given a fair estimate and was nearly spot on. I brought my car at 12, and it was ready by 5. Too bad they only specialize in BMW, I would bring any out-of-warranty car to them. Highly recommend.”

“Great service. Avoid me a lot of money on parts, my problem was a broken wire and in other places ask for a lot of money on parts and labor. Gold Wins located the problem and solved the issue in a little time and just charge for the labor time, now it’s running again. Recommend as honest people”

“Called ahead to see if they were busy. Nice to see all garages open and available. Oil change and car inspection took 2 hours max. Very nice people and professional. They have a waiting room and if you aren't into that then there is a shopping mall accords the street. $112.00 oil change for 10,000 mileage is a great price and no appointment needed. Just call first just in case.”

“Ok so I was recommended by my father in law. And let me make this clear he is also a mechanic. He told me Omar was the best person for this job. They have some of the best equipment and Omar is a master at what he does. I brought my car in he spent the day working on my car mind you it was a huge job. I was able to get my car back at end of day. When I tell you I was impressed by the work and how it all turned out would be an understatement. He did a magnificent job. Yes I did read all the reviews I feel the folks here might have just had a bad experience or may not have been completely truthful. If you are in the area and need something pertaining to front end work alignment or anything else please give this shop a chance. Omar was heaven sent and I am extremely appreciative of his work 5 stars all around. I’m excited to give my baby some new added years to her life.”
