Had a great experience. Purchased my vehicle today and the entire process was a breeze. My sales person was friendly and helpful, store employees were also friendly and helpful, so were two managers I spoke to. Everyone a dealt with were very professional. I'm so happy I chose this dealership.

Today I had a pleasant experience at Ocean Mazda Service, ???? My 18 year old son took his newly acquired Mazda Miata Grand Touring for a general diagnosis, and I must say that the service was excellent in every way: they took their time with the car, they did a very complete job, the explanation and communication with the client about the car was thorough and detailed, they put clear options in our hands to do the priority work on the car and they gave us the next suggestions to be made properly and clearly . The waiting service was also very comfortable (taking into account that we spent many hours there, from 9am to 3pm). But above all my young son was treated with great respect by all the staff. Special thanks to Andy who was his advisor from start to finish. It will surely be our leading Mazda Dealer Service! 100% RECOMMENDED!

I went to service my NC2 Miata and everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the showroom was presentable, the waiting room was comfortable, the mechanics were straightforward, and overall a great atmosphere.The lenght of your wait will, of course, depend on what you're doing to your car; in my opinion the wait time was very reasonable considering how busy they were.The staff is also fully bilingual (English and Spanish) which I think is a huge plus. There is complementary coffee and WiFi in the waiting room as well, which makes the wait all the more comfortable. While they do offer vehicles in case you need to leave yours for an extended period of time, I'm not sure if they are complementary or not, as it was not my case.As a whole, it was a great experience, and I will certainly be servicing my car there in the future.
