update 91/24: This dealership totally ripped me off and the car I leased from them is an absolute piece of garbage and this dealership is awful Now I know why the financial advisor did not show me any docs that I signed and said his computer was down only to have me leave with an overpriced ripped off car payment and not send me any docs for up to two weeks.
I will be reporting this car dealership to the Better Business Bureau.
The cx 30 is horrible, the car drives jerky, the AC does not cool at all, the car is horrible in every way
Today is 9/1/24 and the dealership manager has yet to ever call me back or email me back to speak to me about this matter
update 8.20/24: I have left messages for the Manager and I have emailed him several times and he has yet to call me back now after about 3 weeks since my review was posted. No one has the courtesy to follow up from this dealership.
If you want a MAZDA go to Gunther mazda or Brickell mazda but not this dealership. Terrible customer service and I got a terrible deal.
I wish someone had told me that the car I leased needs to be turned on with engine running for like an hour before I use it so that the AC can cool the car. This CX 30 is garbage
update 8/12/24: I have called and left messages and personally emailed the dealership manager several times and I have yet to receive a response.
I have never hated a car more in my life, the CX30 I leased is a tin can on wheels, not to mention that I am paying a monthly price of a luxury car and now I am stuck in a 36 month lease.
What on earth was I thinking ? I hate everything about the way it drives and I can't believe I have to drive this for 3 years.
Way overpriced and totally ripped off at this dealership for this 3rd tier car at best. Worst CAR I have ever had in my entire life. I am three weeks in and absolutely miserable, it drives horrible and the air conditioner does not even cool sufficiently

My wife and I got a car, the experience was phenomenal, all the people's treatment was super good and above all the salesman Eduardo got us the best price possible and always very attentive, we will definitely return and we recommend him 100%

Yesterday I went to the service area and JC and Andy were super professional and attentive. The truth is that I have always felt very happy with the service I have received in this Mazda since I bought my car from Edy Barthelemy, the best seller.

Went window shopping and was approached by one of their salespeople. I wanted to test drive some cars. He asked for my drivers license so he could make a copy. Never came back with my drivers license. We went to go look at a used car. The car had dog hair in the back seat and smelled moldy. He said the car was for sale despite a sign on it saying "Not For Sale." When asked to have my license back, they said they were going to go get it back, but each time they came back, they didn't have it and kept trying to sell me a car. This went on for about 5 times before the manager came out, tried to sell me a car, and these people still chose not to listen. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police that they gave me my license, and I was on my way. To be honest, I'm not a fan and will never come back. I love Mazdas, but this place isn't the right one

My experience at Mazda del Doral has been very disappointing. I went to do a simple oil change and ended up waiting two and a half hours! Not only do I consider this time excessive for such a basic service, but the lack of communication from the staff left a lot to be desired. It's frustrating to see how Customers are treated this way. I hope that the team takes this situation into account to improve their attention and service times in the future." For my part, I will not return to this challenge so that they play with the customer's time.

I received a lease trade in email to upgrade. I went to mazda doral they told me that's only with 4500 down. Nothing on the email shows that. They lie and are very deceitful. My family and I have 4 mazdas leased and I will never return.
