I went only once before and the service was great, and although they were having a private lunch going on, the person who was in charge, was great suggesting me products and giving me advice. Today I had an extremely poor experience, and there was only a couple having breakfast other than me buying. The person there (Rafael says my ticket) was more in a hurry to check his phone than to pay attention to the customers. He didn’t care at all about my purchase. Last time coming here. The gluten free bread and the lentils burgers are great, and so is the Spanish chocolate that they sell there, but I will get them somewhere else.
