The facility is really nice. All the adoption process is very easy and not expensive at all. They also provide services such as vaccinations, spray/neutering, etc at affordable prices. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

AWFUL! I went to leave some kittens from a stray cat for adoption and one of the site workers told me with the greatest disinterest in helping me and with more coldness than an iceberg that the kittens were very small and that if I left them it was to euthanize them. How awful! In a place where they are supposed to help dogs and cats have a home, they also sacrifice them, without being terminally ill?...It is ABOMINABLE...!!

Found some abandoned kittens. I called and they said they could take them and that they were 100% no kill. I called back later and they said they couldn't take them if the eyes were open, I called again and they said they could only take them if the eyes WERE open. Finally got someone to pick them up and he assured me he'd take care of them. I called 2 days later and they said they had put them to sleep!! I'm deviated as I would have happily taken care of them if I knew they would kill them but I was never contacted. Terrible conflicting information and I will never be contacting them again

I adopted a beautiful female cat at MD Animal Services. It was a great experience, very easy and straight forward, I recommend going during the week. Kudos to Zhulma and Andrea for providing great customer service, they were very nice and attentive! Also, the staff at the Wellness Clinic is very helpful. Please, don't buy dogs/cats! Adoption saves lives!
